Terms of sale

1. Orders

A sales contract is formed when your payment is completed at checkout.

2. Prices

Prices are in Japanese yen, tax included. You pay in yen on the English pages as well.

3. The works

Every work is a one-of-a-kind original. Works are generally shipped framed (works whose details do not mention framing are shipped unframed). Colors on screen may differ from the actual work depending on your device.

Buying a work does not transfer its copyright, which remains with the artist. Images of the works may not be copied, reposted or used commercially without permission.

4. Returns and cancellations

5. International delivery

We ship to the listed Asian countries and regions by EMS (Japan Post). Import duties and taxes are your responsibility, as are the costs of returning a parcel refused at customs.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
